Payments for all commissions besides Animations must be made 100% upfront. Animations are paid 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval due to extended wait time.

Full refunds can be requested by the client ONLY if no sketch has been delivered.

Partial refunds may be given if the final work has not yet been delivered.

I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time during the creation process, with prior notification to the commissioner, in which case a full refund will be issued to the client.

One (1) major revision may be requested ONLY during the sketch approval.

Very limited minor revisions can be requested when presented the low resolution, watermarked final product.

Excessive revisions will result in an additional fee (+$10 USD) that must be paid prior to receiving the full resolution final product.

Revisions due to my own negligence are not the fault of the client and will not be considered toward these limits.

Commissions can take 10 days up to 1 months to be completed. Exact estimate depends on the queue length.

If you have a specific deadline, you MUST let me know beforehand. A rush fee will be applied for priority delivery.

While I prefer email communication, communication can be done through VGen if preferred.

I will not communicate through Discord, Twitter, or any other social media Direct Messaging.

I, the artist, maintain all copyrights to the commissioned work in any form unless explicitly stated otherwise and agreed upon prior to payment.

You the client...

MAY use the commissioned work for personal, non-profit purposes, such as personal prints or other physical items, social media icons/banners, etc. HOWEVER, named credit must be provided for all public-facing uses.

MAY perform minor edits to the commissioned work, such as cropping, resizing, adding filters, etc.

May NOT use the commissioned work for profit (this includes but is not limited to selling prints, keychains, stickers, etc. and/or using the commissioned work as a streaming asset) unless explicitly agreed upon prior to payment.

May NOT use the commissioned work to mint or advertise "NFT"s (Non-Fungible Tokens) or any other crypto-currency related activities under any circumstance.

May NOT use the commissioned work for any purpose related to the usage, training, or endorsement of AI-generated imagery or text under any circumstance.

May NOT use the commissioned work to promote, encourage, or support hate and/or discrimination to any group or individual based on age, race, ethnicity, ability or disability, gender and/or sexual/romantic orientation, appearance, or religion.

At least one full body, colored, high resolution visual reference of the character requested. If requesting more than one character, two separate references must be provided

A clear explanation of the pose and facial expression (visual references are preferred!)

Any other information that will help express what you want me to draw (character's personality, characters' relationship, overall mood of the piece, etc.)

Client will receive full resolution (144 dpi) digital image or video file. 300 dpi available on request (for additional cost).
